YUS series full-automatic PET/PP stretch blow molding machine is the most stable two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine. It has one to two cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is max6L,more than 6L above order to do . It can blow bottles in shapes: carbonated, mineral, pesticide bottle, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.

1.) Direct pressure pneumatic hydraulic locking mold system makes a steady mold locking; 2.) Imported high pressure blowing valve and  programmable controller are flexible and precise. 3.) Open and close mold stroke is long enough to ensure a strong interchangeability and simple assembly and disassembly. 4.) The use of silencer in high/low pressure exhaust greatly lower the noise. 5.) Major electric and pneumatic components are from the reliable famous brands in Europe, America and Japan. 6.) It can be used together with infrared heater to make 0.3-2L bottles for mineral water and tea beverage, 0.1-0.7L bottle for cosmetics, 0.3-5L bottles for oil and wide mouth bottles.

3.Place an order	according your own design or you chooses our design.

4. Mould	According customers request to build the mould. Before make the mould, we send mould design to customer approval first, before move forward to production; we send samples to customer to confirm first.

5. Sample shoot	If the first sample come out is not satisfied customer, we modify the mould and until meet customers satisfactory.

6.Products in store	If your quantity is beyond our storage, we will provide lead time to you.
↓
